Currently, we are looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team as a Territory Account Manager. In this role you will craft and implement a territory sales plan that will drive revenue growth across Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. Applying a customer based approach and mastering the key features and benefits of our primary products to provide effective solutions that deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive plans and strategies to build a successful commercial funnel, surpassing sales goals.
  • Use Daily Management/Visual Management and Problem-Solving techniques to guide organizational direction and activities.
  • Maintain consistent contact with customer accounts in the assigned geographic area, providing quality customer experiences while staying abreast of industry trends, and driving product offerings
  • Tailor an individualized communication approach to understand customer needs and adapt to evolving customer goals and challenges.
  • Cultivate relationships with key executives within your focus accounts and territory
  • Optimize collaboration with sales resources, including applications engineers, product teams, channel partners, and inside sales support.
  • Use Dynamics CRM for opportunities, leads, funnel tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Displayed knowledge and experience in sales and account management (3+ years)
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize key customers.
  • Illustrated tactical sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers.
  • Record of selling technical products and/or capital equipment by applying a defined sales process.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year.

National: The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $125,900 - $233,700


Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
