Job Title: Territory Account Manager

Overview:

We are a national and reputable business in the temporary site services industry, providing a wide range of equipment and services to construction sites, organized events, and even the every-day homeowner or business. We're seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our high performing sales team. The position involves managing and growing accounts primarily in the construction industry, with a focus on Tier A and B customers and top 200 projects. The role requires a blend of nurturing existing relationships while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow existing accounts, primarily in the construction space, including commercial, residential, and some industrial projects.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

3. Devote significant time to fieldwork, visiting clients, checking in on new projects, and monitoring competitor sites.

4. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.

5. Promote our range of temporary site services, including roll-off dumpsters, rental equipment, and more.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

7. Maintain a competitive edge in pricing while emphasizing the value proposition.

8. Meet and exceed revenue targets, with compensation tied to revenue and budget attainment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a related industry.

- Previous experience with territory management and account development.

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Base salary range: $50,000 - $60,000.

- On-target earnings (OTE): $110,000, with high performers earning $130,000 - $150,000.
