We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to support our team through at least mid-May! The Temporary Recruiterwill play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and select candidates to fill various positions and successfully deliver on facets of full lifecycle recruiting for our growing organization, as well as provide a positive recruiting experience to candidates. If you're a hands-on, creative, and motivated recruiting professional and have a specialty for finding the best candidates, then this is your opportunity to collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition Team and perform as a key contributor in shaping CATHEXIS' talent acquisition strategies.
This is a temporary position through approximately mid-May 2024.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process of assigned requisitions
- Recruit proactively, promptly, and compliantly to fill positions (including proposal-related requisitions) with qualified candidates
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, the Applicant Tracking System, social media, etc, to actively source potential candidates
- Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to clarify specific hiring needs, develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that meet operational goals and requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Review and analyze resumes using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tracking tools
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview notes, and other relevant details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure timely and accurate dispositioning of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) during each stage of the recruiting process
- Create and extend offers
- Assist the proposal team with resume formatting as needed
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
- Previous experience working with government contractors
- Experience leading candidates through the full life cycle recruiting process
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies; including experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Experience creatively sourcing candidates by utilizing the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, job boards, etc.
- Understanding of OFCCP
