We are seeking a skilled Temporary HR Recruiter/Assistant to join our Human Resources department. This person will possess a positive and upbeat attitude, is organized, strong attention to detail and accustomed to a fast-paced work environment. Their primary responsibility is recruiting and provide administrative support to various HR functions.
This on-site position will be based in our corporate office in Warwick, RI and will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition – review resumes and conduct high volume phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Onboarding new hires - prepare/collect new hire paperwork and benefit packets
- Admin support in data entry, maintaining records, and filing
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality dealing with personal and sensitive information
- Performs other miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer
Requirements:
- High school diploma, Associate degree preferred
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
