MNS Engineers is hiring an internal Temporary Recruiter to serve all US based offices. This position has the option of being remote (with the ability to be in office when necessary), or a having a hybrid work schedule with days in one of the nine Central Coast offices and days at home.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
MNS Engineers is seeking a solution focused, results-oriented internal Temporary Recruiterto support our growing California offices. Reporting to the Human Resources Department, the Temporary Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the full recruiting lifecycle with white glove service; this includes job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and deal closing. As a Temporary Recruiter, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our candidates receive a positive and professional perception of MNS Engineers throughout the interview and selection process. and that our new hires are moved into the on-boarding process with efficiency and feeling well supported. This role is critical to the success of MNS Engineers, as it is the foundation for all employees.

RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate closely with the Recruiter and business unit leaders to screen candidates, schedule interviews, create offers and perform reference checks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management, business unit leads and HR team.
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
- Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies. Demonstrates Data Integrity and experience understanding Data to help influence hiring decisions.
- Maintain and update Job Descriptions on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
You should have a junior to intermediate proficiency of recruiting for a mid-sized professional services organization.
This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of Recruiting experience.
