Recruiting Coordinator (3 month Temporary Position)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports all phases of the recruitment process for open community positions.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or members of the Human Resources team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Plans, attends, and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Assist Human Resources team with onboarding training and activities for new hires.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Human Resources, or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience utilizing UKG Pro or other Applicant Tracking Systems a plus.
• Previous experience with full-cycle recruitment and creative, proactive sourcing highly desired.
• Possess working knowledge of or willingness to learn federal and state labor and employment laws as well as EEOC and wage and hour requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
