Job Description
We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is technically a temp role with the option of a possible permanent position (they do have a permanent spot they might be considered for).
Job Duties:
- Provide backup phone and email support.
- Assist the team with following up on scheduling.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with billing, reports, other correspondence.
- Maintain filing of records, electronic and physical.
- Other general office duties as assigned by your Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Microsoft skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Previous administrative or customer service experience in an office setting preferred.
- Ability to communicate with people tactfully and with diplomacy and professionalism.
- EXCELLENT written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percent's, etc.
Additional Information:
- Pay range: $19/hr-$22/hr
- Schedule: M-F, 7-4pm or 8-5pm (some flexibility)
- Location: Roseville, 100% Onsite
- Type: Temporary - with the option of a possible permanent position (they do have a permanent spot they might be considered for).
