Elite Training Centers in looking for a telesales associcate to help build/drive sales, deliver awesome customer serivce while making every client feel like family!

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Manage Sales Pipeline via Hubspot
• Work with Customer Care team to book new with training lessons, and programs.
• Reach out to new leads
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation per account
• Reach Monthly Sales Goal
• Participate in Weekly Sales Meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 yr on CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce..)
• Minimum 1 yr working/managing Sales Pipeline
• Minimum 1 yr high ticket consumer sales
• Ability to navigate new operating systems and learn quickly
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve sales benchmark goals monthly
• Lead Generation
• Direct Consumer Sales

We are looking for highly motivated Elite Sales Associates who have excellent communication and time management skills, and who can also thrive in a fast-paced environment working from home. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, have the ability to talk to anyone, sell anything lol, and build strong relationships.

We are looking to bring on more staff the middle of next year (2023) so the opportunity for advancement within the company is certainly available to all. Elite Sales Associates have the opportunity to earn commissions based on the number of sales they make, so we're looking for individuals who are motivated by this and who understand that hard work can pay off. We are looking for applicants with prior sales exp, however all new hires will go through a 7 day training course to ensure a seamless transition into the position and company. (Min 2 years sales exp preferred)

This is a 1099-Telephone sales position- so you must be comfortable contacting prospective clients directly with the intention of enrolling their dog into one of our training programs based on their needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
