1. Travel Sales Support:

   • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather relevant travel information and updates.

2. Customer Communication:

   • Communicate with clients and potential customers via email, phone, or chat to provide travel information, answer inquiries, and facilitate bookings.
   • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure a seamless travel experience.

3. Booking and Reservation Management:

   • Process travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer preferences.
   • Collaborate with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to confirm reservations and resolve issues.

4. Administrative Tasks:

   • Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management related to travel bookings.
   • Maintain updated records of travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety guidelines.

5. Sales Coordination:

   • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate travel promotions, discounts, and special offers.
   • Assist in organizing virtual travel events, webinars, and information sessions.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

   • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and organized customer profiles and travel preferences.
   • Generate reports and analyze travel data to identify market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in travel and tourism is a plus.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
3. Familiarity with travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in a remote work environment.
5. Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations, trends, and attractions is a plus but not required.
6. Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Salary: Based on commission and performance $30,000 - $65,000
