Technical Support Specialist
Description: White Plains, NY client seeking a Level 1-2 Tech Support Specialist for an immediate 3-4+ month temp/contract opportunity. Required skills include 1-2+ years MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, XL, PowerPoint) application support experience, strong desktop hardware/break-fix skills and experience with Azure AD. API experience (data retrieval, integration, troubleshooting), Azure DevOps proficiency or any experience with PowerShell would be a huge plus but is not required.
Duration: This is a 3-4 month temporary/contract position, on-site M-F, with the possibility of either extension or conversion to full-time employment.
Pay: $20-35/hr, depending on specific skills and experience
