ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Technical Support Specialist, you will work on receiving and delegating reported problems (bugs). The main task will be to recognize and report errors in the application and on the website, which includes prioritizing the reported problem, trying to detect the source of the problem and contacting the development team that should fix the problem.
Reports received via email are entered into the internal ticket management system. In other cases, it will be necessary to contact an external data provider or, if possible, rectify the problem directly. In addition, you will provide support to our customers by clarifying the functionalities. The rest of the time will be spent testing our apps/web and editing sports data.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- User support
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Prioritization and delegation of reported errors
- Testing new functionalities in the application and on the web
- Editing sports data
- Evaluation and creation of new ideas for the purpose of improving services
- Working hours are in two shifts (07:00 - 15:00 h, 15:00 - 23:00 h), Monday to Sunday; each employee works 5 days in a week, depending on the schedule
What you bring to the team
- At least half a year of relevant experience in Technical Support roles (student or full-time)
- Great knowledge of sports, your friends say that you are a real sports fan :)
- Advanced knowledge of English in writing and speaking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly
- High level of self-organization and multi-tasking skills
- Tech-savvy, with an interest in technology, web and applications
