SalaryAs aTechnical Project Manager, you will use your planning, organizational, and executional skills to help drive pivotal projects from ideation, strategy and completion, while ensuring deadlines are met or exceeded. This role will not support one particular engineering team, but rather work across the technology department as a whole to help organize and drive initiatives.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized and excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment to support the internal day-to-day workflows as well as project plans for larger, strategic initiatives for our technical teams. You will work with our CTO to ensure maximum efficiency and collaboration across multiple technical disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an effective project management process using Atlassian tools (Xsolla uses Atlassian tools heavily) to manage the project and bring visibility on progress.
- Centralize information as a source of truth by preparing status reports and leading weekly meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with marketing and company goals
- Keep all responsible departments and individuals on track with deliverables, clearly communicating risks and finding opportunities and defining specific action plans/contingencies to meet deadlines when challenges or obstacles occur
- Clearly define project goals, stakeholders, contributors, deliverables, timelines and metrics.
- Understand product roadmaps for multiple engineering teams
- Contribute to the efficiency by sharing new ideas and approaches for meeting project objectives
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams
- Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies to accommodate evolving technical requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years professional experience as a Project Manager in software development teams- ideally in payments or the gaming industry
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently, with confidence to multi-task and delegate as required while still adhering to process
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Atlassian Products such as Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge and experience of traditional project management principles and practices (Agile)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with/within global and cross-functional companies and teams
