Responsibilities
- Provide overall management of the contractor team including delegation of work assignments
- Assist the Program Manager in implementing CMS/CCIIO governance processes that include Target Life Cycle, Marketplace Project Startup (MaPS), TChange Prioritization Board (CPB) & CCIIO Technology Governance Framework
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-and long-term goals
- Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff member
- Develop and maintain program documentation and correspondence including system manuals, SOPs, architectural artifacts, and business documentation
- Author initiatives, epics and stories, work with scrum teams to refine requirements, design solutions, develop success criteria, and drive change required to deliver on business goals
- Assist in identifying processes and artifacts used by management and teams to including management practices that address performance monitoring, scope monitoring, schedule management, risk management, training, communications, QA, change management and connectivity
- Guide or assist with any task defined in the Statement of Work
Requirements
- Bachelors's degree required
- Professional experience with at least ten (7) years as a manager responsible for managing complex systems and workflow
- Experience leading a team of people in a “virtual workplace”
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications related to the program
- Flexibility and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision making, writing, and problem-solving skills
