About The Role

i4DM is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing consulting business. Our PM should bring their 3-5 years of experience managing software development and Technical Projects to our team to support all critical activities that make our initiatives a success!

As a technical leader in a growing business, you have the opportunity to wear many hats. Depending on the project, you will act as a business analyst, a scrum master, a resource manager, a quality assurance engineer, and a Project Manager. This role is perfect for anyone who really enjoys all aspects of Technical Projects and wants to grow their career in project management and technical leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide project coordination and leadership services to both software development and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients based on trust. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate effective, accurate, and timely communication with i4DM’s clients.
• Assist your teammates in removing impediments. Set them up for success!
• Represent i4DM’s core value in all of your daily pursuits: People Matter, Excellence, Building a Legacy, and being a Catalyst for Transformation
• Administer Jira by creating new stories, editing stories, and providing timely updates.
• Create/update executive level status reports for i4DM and client leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, take meeting minutes, follow up on action items.
• Ensure timekeeping, time reporting, and invoicing are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor project schedule and budget, escalate issues as needed.
• Provide project level reporting as required by i4DM and the client.
• Ensure projects are appropriately staffed and the team is adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Recognize and celebrate the achievements of the team and individual team members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Technical background (e.g. programming, database development, etc.) is strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of professional, on the job experience managing a software development project
• Active Scrum Master certification
• Basic level of understanding of networking and infrastructure.
• Basic level of understanding of cybersecurity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust
