Technical Customer Support Specialist I
We are looking for an ambassador to work with our customers, providing daily quality customer care along with technical answers and training. In this position you will be interacting with customers through email, chat and phone. This position will monitor a help ticket queue and provide first-level support to ensure a highly satisfactory and timely response. Your expertise in customer care and technical support will enable you to provide our customers with increased value in our market leading product. Your ability to balance customer care and professional communication along with puzzle solving and potentially uncovering bugs in the software will enable you to be a successful employee with additional tiers of advancement on our support team.
A typical day for this position involves responding to around 5-10 tickets a day (40 per week) while monitoring the phone and chat queues. You will receive comprehensive training, along with a mentor, and have a team of co-workers to share and learn knowledge from as well as continue to advance your own knowledge in our software. Customer satisfaction is a high priority, and you should have some experience in dealing with external customers.
After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:

- You consistently meet your quota of tickets completed.
- You maintain a high satisfaction rating from customers on all resolved tickets
- You have a working knowledge of SQL

Location
