A typical day for this position involves responding to around 5-10 tickets a day (40 per week) while monitoring the phone and chat queues. You will receive comprehensive training, along with a mentor, and have a team of co-workers to share and learn knowledge from as well as continue to advance your own knowledge in our software. Customer satisfaction is a high priority, and you should have some experience in dealing with external customers.
After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:
- You are confident and know our suite of GrowthZone products
- You consistently meet your quota of tickets completed.
- You maintain a high satisfaction rating from customers on all resolved tickets
- You have a working knowledge of SQL
