Customer Service Representative(CSR/Cashier/Team Member)

Job Details:
Pay Rate: $14.00-$14.50 per hour
Location: Springfield, IL
Status: Part time
Available Shifts: 2nd, Mid
- 2nd shift is typically evenings between 2pm and 12am
- Mid shift is typically middle of the day between 9am and 7pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Keeping the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Preparing hot and cold food items for sale.
- Suggestively selling to every customer based on their needs.
- Operating the cash register and other in-store equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe parking lot free of debris.
- Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Follow all policies regarding carding for alcohol, tobacco, and gaming.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to consistently show up to work on time and as scheduled.
- Honest and friendly with a great work ethic.
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks consistently as required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task with a team and individually.
- Demonstrates flexibility with work hours and availability.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to squat, bend, and use a step stool or ladder.
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
