Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions, exercises, and activities to enhance patients' abilities and promote their independence
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
• Keep accurate and detailed records of patients' progress and report outcomes to appropriate stakeholders
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards in the provision of occupational therapy services.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted occupational therapy license in the State of Illinois
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes in Chicago (area of service: Portage Park and Jefferson Park or Ukrainian Village neighborhood)
