Team Member/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your primary goal will be to assist members with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and membership benefits
- Assist members with account management, including updating personal information and processing payments
- Resolve member complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on member inquiries or provide updates as needed
- Analyze member needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all member interactions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
