The Role:
How would you like to be our new Customer Service Representative? Engage with potential and existing customers to deliver quality Customer Service through phone, email, or even live chat. This role includes partnering with other departments to ensure each customer gets the best experience possible!
- Would you like to earn an hourly wage that is above the standard? Team average is between $20-30/hour includes bonus potential.
- Would you like to be apart of the core foundation that is Ebens Air Conditioning?
- This is NOT your typical call center, high pressure role. Our key KPI’s include customer satisfaction and retention.
- We’re looking to fill shifts starting at 8:00am, 9:00am, and 10am.

Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
- Able to be flexible within day to day operations
- Willingness to assist where needed, this will include but not limited to dispatching, administration and other supporting elements of the business
- Familiarity with fielding inbound calls and placing outbound calls when needed
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
- Flex scheduling (hybrid role including in-office and work from home shifts)
The position is a non-exempt, both full-time and part-time positions available – i.e. 40 hours per week (FT), 20-29 hours per week (PT)
