Customer Service Representative - Miami International Airport

Overview We are hiring immediately! The Administrative Representative will provide a high level of Customer Service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily over the phone, supporting their branch and rental needs. The Administrative Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in an airport location. This role is available as full time.         This is a FULL TIME position with a 40 hour work week and health, vision, and dental benefits! Pay for this position is $17.00 / hour Location: Miami International Airport Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the following schedules:Fri, Sat, Sun: 11am-7:30pm & Monday, Tuesday: 11:30am-8pmWed: 9am-5:30pm, Thur: 10am-6:30pm, Fri, Sat, Sun: 12pm-8:30pm  Schedules are subject to change in the future due to seniority shift bid   Responsibilities Provide a high level of Customer Service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerInitiate rental contract based on customer reservations or on-the-spot needProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust have at least 1 year prior Customer Service retail or administrative support experienceMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust be willing to accept $17.00/hourApart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the following schedules:Fri, Sat, Sun: 11am-7:30pm & Monday, Tuesday: 11:30am-8pm Wed: 9am-5:30pm, Thur: 10am-6:30pm, Fri, Sat, Sun: 12pm-8:30pm
