Responsibilities:
We are looking for a team member who embodies consistency, skillfulness, quality consciousness, and a positive attitude while relishing their work in a collaborative 2-3-person team setting. This role demands diligence in establishing and executing pre-production and customer service standards and processes pivotal to achieving success. Additionally, active involvement in day-to-day production tasks is expected.
Pre-production and Graphics Responsibilities:
Providing customer service, adept in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Creating mockups and film separations.
Coordinating with customers and suppliers, including vendor pickups or drop-offs.
Operating an automated coater for screen coating and handling screen exposure with artwork.
Organizing and storing films and screens, monitoring screen tension, and ensuring screen care.
Performing tasks such as screen taping, reclaiming with an automated reclaimer and pressure washer, and stretching Shur-loc screens.
This role also encompasses acting as a "floater" to support production as needed. Responsibilities include:
Assisting production to ensure timely completion of screen printing jobs.
Preparing merchandise for screen printing, including counting in blank apparel.
Mixing inks and loading screens on press for pre-registration.
Managing loading, unloading, and maintaining cleanliness in the shop.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Has experience in commercial decorated production.
Has a proven track record with customer service.
Has excellent Microsoft Office computer skills.
Is an expert with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
A go-getter who can make decisions for success.
Likes working in an upbeat environment.
Solid organizing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills and experience in sales and customer service.

Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for a full day's work.
Must be capable of performing repetitive movements consistently for 8 hours a day when required.
Ability to lift heavy objects to 50 lbs and handle boxes weighing up to 60 lbs.
Suitable clothing for the manufacturing environment is a must; loose clothing is not permitted.
May need to use additional personal protective equipment such as safety glasses.
Must be able to distinguish colors across the full spectrum.
Proficient in English language comprehension, speaking, writing, and reading.
Basic math skills including counting and multiplication.
Knowledge of basic hand tools and general safety procedures.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to interpret and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Effective and courteous communication with coworkers is essential.
