- We are an established pediatric office in Whatcom County looking to hire a full time Team Lead to start as soon as possible. Previous experience with dentistry in either an office or clinic setting is required. Candidate must have strong leadership skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized. Experience with Eaglesoft is a bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments and assist in managing the daily schedule
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
--Assist with employees such as yearly reviews, staff schedules, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental setting (clinic or administrative support) required
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.35 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
