This position would only focus on our Corporate Division. We utilize Ultra Tax tax software, and you would need to be 100% familiar with it. This position does not require the Enrolled Agent to prepare the bookkeeping as we have a team in house.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for businesses (1120, 1120C,1120F, 1120S, 1065, and 1041)
- Conduct thorough tax research and stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations
- Assist clients with tax audits and represent them before the IRS if necessary
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Collaborate with clients' accountants or bookkeepers to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies with overall financial management
Qualifications:
- Enrolled Agent certification is required 5+ years
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools for account analysis and reconciliation (QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience in asset management or financial planning is a plus

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
