Talent Consultant

We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Talent Consultant to join our remote workforce. If you are a go-getter passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and looking for an opportunity to grow in a rewarding and supportive environment, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new candidates for open positions using various recruitment techniques.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from candidate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and making offers.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to coordinate and streamline the interview process.
- Maintain an organized tracking system for all candidates and recruitment efforts through our ATS.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet or exceed weekly recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting in a competitive and fast paced environment or recent college graduate looking for the right experience for their career.
- Healthcare, Hospice/Home Health, Agency Staffing experience, highly desired
- Vast knowledge and experience sourcing passive candidates using a variety of techniques.
- Previous experience managing multiple requisitions from entry level to senior positions.
- Solid understanding of current recruiting techniques utilizing available technology, tools, and best practices to expedite the recruiting process.
- Experience with ClearCompany, ADP or other HRIS systems
- Knowledgeable of all pertinent federal, state, and local regulations to ensure that our recruiting programs are compliant.
- Some travel to corporate HQ in Mobile, AL, is required.

Within the first month, you will:
- Get to know your team and acclimate to the Legacy Hospice philosophy.
- Complete online training with your team.
- Shadow your team members to learn more about our talent processes and resources that you will use to be successful in this role.
- Your supervisor will provide hands-on training to ensure you understand our processes and expectations for the role.
- After a month of New Hire training, you will be ready to recruit independently.
