TITLE:TALENT ACQUISITION / TRAINEE
LOCATION: NYC MIDTOWN NEAR GRAND CENTRAL AND PENN STATION
SALARY: BASE PLUS COMMISSION (BASE RANGING FROM $20 HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION NO CAP.) GET YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize search engines (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc.) to source, identify, and screening potential candidates based on given hiring criteria – we will teach you!
- Schedule interviews with candidates
- Working within Applicant Tracking Systems for entering and tracking candidates
- Work with a support team both onsite and remote to help meet the client’s needs for talent
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experienced in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Self-starter and independently motivated
- Must have proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment,
- Able to meet multiple individual and team deadlines
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
- Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
