TITLE:TALENT ACQUISITION / TRAINEE
LOCATION: NYC MIDTOWN NEAR GRAND CENTRAL AND PENN STATION
SALARY: BASE PLUS COMMISSION (BASE RANGING FROM $20 HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION NO CAP.) GET YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR.

We are a rapidly expanding Staffing & Recruiting Firm looking to add entry level Assistant Recruiter/ Trainees' to our teams in both Manhattan and the Bronx. Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS!
Responsibilities:

• Utilize search engines (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc.) to source, identify, and screening potential candidates based on given hiring criteria – we will teach you!
• Schedule interviews with candidates
• Working within Applicant Tracking Systems for entering and tracking candidates
• Work with a support team both onsite and remote to help meet the client’s needs for talent

Qualifications:

• Coachable and willing to learn
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experienced in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
• Self-starter and independently motivated
• Must have proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment,
• Able to meet multiple individual and team deadlines
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
• Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
