As a member of Skanska’s internal Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in the recruitment of our most important resource: our people. Ultimately, the responsibility of this role is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a recruiter. Experience recruiting within the AEC industry (either in-house or agency) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRMs).
• Ability to travel to networking and recruiting events within the region.
• Skilled in identifying and hiring talent within the construction/engineering industry is preferred.
• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction, Human Resources Management or similar; or equivalent work experience required.

Pay: $86,625.00 - $110,000.00 per year
