Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is more than just a recruiter and will add value to all 7 divisions from sourcing and onboarding to training and culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute as a valuable team member to our overall success.
What you’ll be doing:
Sourcing
· Post ads, budget and monitor posting spend, and monitor results on job board sites.
· Continuously modify keywords, job titles, and postings to improve results.
· Develop extensive job descriptions for positions.
· Find additional sources for candidates. Build out tracking, then monitor and report the success on all sources of candidates.
· Keep Company Pages up to date on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and respond to any reviews, questions, inquiries.
· Build and develop a Southwark HR social media presence with at least weekly content. Track results over time and best sites to utilize (including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
· Create realistic job preview videos that help inoculate candidates/new hires.
Selection
· Continuously strive to identify characteristics and leading indicators of success at Southwark.
· Create sheets/tools/checklists for starting the recruiting process.
· Create cost effective assessments for determining the existence of characteristics identified. Test and track assessment results and make improvements until the assessment accurately predicts success.
· Continuously evaluate recruiting process to gain efficiency.
· Help develop better recruiters by providing feedback and creating training where appropriate.
· Build out interview guides, rubrics, and an interview questions database that can pull behavioral and situational questions for specific traits or skills.
Onboarding
· Standardize new hire paperwork and processes.
· Create and provide better information at onboarding to detail roles, responsibilities, expectations, and how positions will be evaluated.
· Create checklists for employees that allow them to take partial ownership for their onboarding.
· Develop new hire training that allows for hiring inexperienced workers and making them successful.
· Create tools and training for consistent and better delivery of feedback and evaluations.
· Explore mentor/guide/buddy programs.
What we need:
· Experience coordinating and facilitating recruiting in a high-volume environment. Agency experience a plus.
· Experience utilizing many sources of candidates.
· Knowledge of different methods of interviewing and interviewing techniques.
· Experience with data and statistical analysis (databases, spreadsheets, smartsheets).
· Knowledge of different applicant tracking solutions and approaches.
· Experience with assessment tools and tests.

Travel: This position may require up to 20% domestic travel.
