As the Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, you will be the visionary that develops and leading our end-to-end recruitment process and ensures the acquisition of highly qualified candidates to meet MFT's evolving talent needs. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers and the HR team to attract and select top talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience and promoting MFT as an employer of choice. This role will also support general HR practices like onboarding, college relations, policy implementation and more. This is a new position to the organization with significant leadership exposure and the opportunity to build a next-level recruiting process and strategy from the ground up.
This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent landscape and capabilities needed for the future so that you can develop comprehensive strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Leverage a diverse range of channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Conduct resume screening, select qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screen to assess qualifications and communicate key aspects of the role and our culture
  • Coach hiring managers on conducting effective behavioral interviews; coordinate and participate in interview processes and provide recommendations to assist in hiring decisions
  • Develop a Talent Acquisition dashboard and establish key metrics to assess the effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition efforts and utilize data-driven insights to recommend process improvements, optimize recruitment strategies, and enhance outcomes
  • Develop and manage relationships with third-party recruiters for specialized and executive roles, including tracking spend and evaluating results
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant labor laws and equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations related to recruitment and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify opportunities to enhance our employer brand and communicate our unique culture, opportunities, and employee value proposition
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
  • Plan and organize employee engagement events, recognition programs, and team-building activities to enhance employee satisfaction
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR procedures and general HR duties

Skills/Experience We're Looking For
  • In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels, recruitment strategies, and best practices
  • Experience hiring and supporting senior level executives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple different projects or initiatives
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday
  • Experience in both HR partnership roles and Talent Acquisition positions
  • Preferred: Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • 3+ years General HR experience
  • Experience building a TA strategy with proven, measurable business impacts
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
