The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support with the development, execution and reporting of Talent Acquisition initiatives. This role will have a broad range of exposure and responsibility for recruiting administration, process and compliance. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supporting all Talent Acquisition Partners, the Analyst is a critical member of the team that will drive TA efficiency, compliance and results.
Responsibilities Include:
- Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and support with data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process. Maintain recruiting dashboard, internal position trackers and platform ATS.
- Gatekeeper of Pre-Hire Screenings & Assessments: Review and disposition pre-hire screening results in accordance with policy. Support TA Manager with new assessments and programs as identified.
- Onboarding Administration: Support with development of offer letter templates and other pre-hire materials; draft and maintain templates and ensure compliance and consistency across the platform. Partner with field HR, IT and other teams to ensure proper onboarding for new hires.
- Vendor Management: Support with TA vendors (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to include invoice approvals, contract monitoring and consolidation across the platform. Support TA Manager with continuous monitoring of spend.
- Candidate & Internal Customer Experience: Support TA Partners with ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, and gather feedback to continuously improve processes. Own and manage the recruitment in-box used for communication with internal customers / hiring managers. Triage and escalate inquiries as necessary. Support TA Manager with VIP requisitions and candidate communications as necessary.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with Talent leadership and marketing to monitor and enhance employer branding initiatives to include social media presence and responding to reviews.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Support TA Partners with identifying and building pipelines, in accordance with recruitment strategy.
- TA Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to provide guidance and trouble shoot on recruitment process and internal procedures.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations as they relate to selection and recruitment; support TA Manager and TA Partners with compliance. Support as needed with FLSA classification reviews, audits and job description development.
- Project Management: Assist in the development and administration of new recruiting projects and initiatives. Attend meetings to support TA Manager with new acquisitions and other integration projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition for a large, national company (1 Billion , 1000 EEs )
- Experience with HR integration projects / M&A
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion
- Process oriented; the ability to create, deploy and train others on process and procedure
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other technology used in the TA space
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
