Job Description
About the Role
The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager is to find and attract top talent within the digital marketing industry. This role will work alongside the wider Recruitment Team and support the recruiting activity, specifically in US-LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Obtain a strong and in-depth understanding of the requirements of the individual teams at Jellyfish in order to fully pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates
- Actively recruit for current vacancies as well as establish strong talent pools and facilitate a sufficient pipeline for Jellyfish's growth plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active candidates within the digital marketing sector across all of our specialist full-service capabilities such as: Paid Media, Analytics, Engineering, Creative etc
- Work on roles across US-LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, USA and additional markets as needed)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience is created at all time
- Keep up to date with current innovative recruitment techniques in order for Jellyfish to stay competitive in the marketplace
- Develop strategies to engage underrepresented talent and ensure DE&I is at the forefront of all our recruiting efforts
- Work on exciting global projects to develop and progress the Talent Acquisition function and our ways of working including candidate experience, interview training and employer branding
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, as well as working closely with People/HR, whilst also providing ongoing support to the wider Recruitment team
- Lead the candidate evaluation process, including resume screening, interviewing, and assessment to identify the most suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Work closely with regional and Department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on hiring best practices
The salary range for this position is $70-85k per annum
Qualifications
What you'll need
- Experience working in a digital marketing recruitment role, either within a recruitment agency or as an internal recruiter
- Experience with using resourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Job boards.
- Experience in successfully managing a high volume of positions
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across the full recruitment lifecycle, proactively suggesting improvements to processes and new ways to find and engage top talent
