Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working on a growing recruiting team collaborating with all departments across SpotOn. You will be expected to deliver hiring needs across the organization, and work with hiring managers to create a bespoke, yet duplicable interview process while maintaining an efficient and positive experience.

This is a hybrid position in Chicago, IL

You will:

• Source and close highly sought after talent in a competitive environment.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by delivering stellar talent and providing updates on your funnel and search strategy.
• Thrive in a startup environment by proactively overcoming obstacles and driving desired outcomes.
• Own special projects to help improve recruitment processes

Qualifications:

• 2+ plus years of full-desk recruiting experience
• An understanding of the recruiting function and process to partner effectively with the broader Talent team
• A proven track record of strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and make recommendations and drive solutions based on data
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships within and outside of SpotOn
• A positive, flexible and a self-starter attitude will be needed
