We are looking for a Systems & IT Administrator who will be responsible for the coordination and administration of our core systems, including our ERP, Tech Support, and CRM platforms. This is a techno functional role that will act as the first point of contact with any issues within these platforms. They understand the systems from a back and front-end perspective and will be mainly responsible for handling the design, maintenance, performance, improvements, and configurations. This individual will provide support for business processes, applications, and works with several departments—from sales, accounting, operations, and marketing—to ensure our platforms are secure and running efficiently. This position reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Administration of Epicor ERP, HubSpot CRM, Zendesk, Office365 and any other internal software tools along with a 2-3 on-premise servers
Recommending and implementing security improvements across all platforms
Help create custom dashboards, fields and modules to support operations, sales and marketing teams
Integrate modules within Epicor and third-party systems like HubSpot and ZenDesk to synchronize data across platforms
Create and implement testing procedures to ensure frictionless system updates
Document, publish and share standard operating procedures for ERP and CRM
Onboard new employees into their required platforms, including Epicor ERP, HubSpot, Office 365, ZenDesk, etc.
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
Manage all aspects of our modern IT workspace
Work with managers and personnel to define and resolve challenges in operating various systems
Front-line person and in charge of providing the best practices, training and development
Manage and resolve support issues ranging from end-user application questions to technical problem resolution
Collaborate with functional departments such as Operations, Sales, Finance & Accounting, IT etc. to improve usability, system controls, and business processes
Minimum 4+ years' experience in system administration required
Minimum 3+ years' IT experience with a strong understanding of web applications, web site design, database structures, and practices. Including experience with HTML, REST APIs, Javascript, Node.js, web services, etc.
Experience with Epicor Kinetic, HubSpot, ZenDesk, a plus
Knowledge of cutting-edge software solutions including but not limited to Slack, Teams, O365, SharePoint, Jira, GitHub, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Ability to work under minimal supervision while meeting all requirements
Proactive approach to challenges and potential issues
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and specifications
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
Strong knowledge of project management principles
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
