It Administrator-Cyber Recovery & Back Up

A leading global law firm, is seeking a talented Cyber Administrator to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in our White Plains office, offering the flexibility to work remotely while also enjoying the benefits of in-person collaboration.

In this critical role, you will:

• Ensure the Firm's production and cyber recovery infrastructure operates at peak performance 24x7x365.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis when needed.
• Work collaboratively within the team and escalate problems to resolve them swiftly.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Stay ahead of the latest cyber threats and participate in incident response.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.

You possess:

• Strong technical skills, including experience with Dell Networker, Data Domain Platforms, Dell CyberSense, VMware Clusters, PowerShell and/or REST API scripting.
• A deep understanding of cyber incident response and remediation best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a network or system administration role.
