Job Details

As a System Analyst / Operation Systems Analyst on our team, we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role for 3+ years.
• Ability to translate technical terms into a non-technical language.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Experience with software and systems preferred, including but not limited to: Fivetran, Snowflake, Microsoft Power BI, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, Zendesk, Jira, Slack, Adobe, and DocuSign.
• Must be willing to commute to Shreveport, LA daily
