To assist and support Physician Practices in working with VP of Physician Services, Practice Administrator, and Practice Managers with day to day operations of the clinic-
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages the office staff in accordance with office policies regarding billing.Oversees eClinicalWorks and over the counter collections.Manages accounts payables including all mailed in payments for WellSmart Health; includes all EOBs, patient payments, incentive payments, other revenue payments, collection agency payments and credit cards.
Keys in and depositing of all monies coming into each WellSmart Health Clinic.Orders office suppliesManages eClinicalWorks software and product issues and credit card machine issuesOversees data entry for all monies collected across all WellSmart Health Clinics, all eClinicalWorks statistics for each clinics production per month, all returned bills and all refunds approved by billing companyAssists with patient billing problems when needed. Reviews, interprets, analyzes and communicates financial reports and data to management, accounting, peak performance and billing companyMaintains all providers’ licenses, memberships, dues and credentialingAssists with onboarding and credentialing process for new providers along with communicating with the supervisor and billing company on this matterTrains all receptionist and medical assistants on front office policies and proceduresOversees eClinicalWorks and in house ticket system as neededRotates IT Support Team call during extended hour clinic. Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
