Job Summary *Fully Remote
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards. Performs other duties including but not limited to balancing earnings and deduction totals, calculating and preparing general ledger entries, determining and correcting out-of-balance conditions, preparing and filing tax reports and researching and preparing special reports for Management. Coordinates and reviews general ledger transactions with accounting staff and assist with corrections and questions. Serves as a resources and support system for payroll coordinator and payroll practitioners. Responsible for researching laws and regulations regarding taxes and payroll withholding procedures. This position relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and works under general supervision.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Special Skills: Extensive Kronos Time Experience Preferred. Requires a Creative Analytical and Critical Thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Oracle Payroll Software Experience a plus
