- As a System Administrator Consultant, Oracle - you will be joining a team of experienced Database Administrators who participate in all aspects of enterprise projects. This include but not limited to technical design, development, implementation, documentation, testing, and deployment of database infrastructure to support business critical applications. As a member working in a team environment you will collaborate with Solution/Platform architects and Leads on development activities. Opportunities to Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Database Platforms to support distributed solutions based on modern technologies on Exadata, ZDLRA and ZFS and other cloud platforms. - Experience in Oracle RAC 12c/19c Databases on Unix/Linux/Cloud Platforms
- Experience with Oracle Golden Gate and other replication technologies
- Extensive experience in managing Oracle ASM
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS Architecture, SQL Performance Tuning, High Availability and Disaster Recovery Processes.
- Experience with advanced Platforms like Exadata, ZDLRA, ZFS, Azure
- Experience with advanced Applications technologies like Weblogic, Kafka etc.
- Experience with Oracle ORMB/ERP System is preferred.
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for having the ability to train others regarding advanced platform-specific aspects of the DBMS environment, including data replication, disaster recovery, and encryption, thought leadership and influence regarding existing and emerging DBMS technologies across peers, and vendor management skills.Some of the unique challenges this position will face include large, corporate enterprise considerations and a high degree of complexity and non-uniformity.

- Plans the maintenance, modification, and documentation of applications.
- Monitors the service of first and second level support for enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.
- Creates complex documentation of new and existing system configuration and procedural information, and supports others in ensuring system configurations documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provides complex application-oriented administration and technical support for production and non-production environments.
- Leads hardware and software changes into environments and one or more additional IT production environments by performing impact analyses of system changes.
- Develops guidelines to prevent and/or resolve recurring problems.
- Recommends and executes complex performance tuning and optimization activities.
- Evaluates new complex application packages and identifies anticipated systems requirements for planning purposes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
