Position Responsibilities:
1) Researches, analyzes and prepares reports using departmental data. May compile information from multiple sources.
2) Assists in the completion of special projects, such as unscheduled presentations, operational planning, staff communications, etc., by gathering data, formatting into documents, spreadsheets, etc. and generating copies or other media for presentation/distribution.
3) Provides administrative support to department in such areas as receiving and inventory including SAP job functions as they relate to POs and invoices.
4) Creates new or updates existing spreadsheets and databases that track, record, or analyze operating data. Prints reports, graphs, or similar materials.
5) Maintains appropriate level of office supplies for the department, placing orders for low or missing items.
6) Places work orders with appropriate department or supplier equipment that needs to be replaced or repaired which may include RMA process.
7) Prepares documentation, such as internal work requests for approval. Assists with monitoring departmental activities with respect to established SLA targets.
8) All work affecting product quality shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills, and experience.
9) Performs invoice review based on contractual requirements and prepares for approval with the appropriate charging information.
10) Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements:
1) Associates degree or equivalent.
2) Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point & Adobe.
3) Knowledge of SAP preferred.
4) 3-5 years of related experience.
