Form of work: Lead and participate in the definition, planning, management and delivery of projects in support of the program strategy and goals for variable email marketing and print on demand Accountable for all aspects of project management process – initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and handle a range of projects simultaneously within a high-pressure environment Manage project deliverables and support implementation consultants and marketing concierges who serve as primary customer contact for delivery of email campaign and variable print products to clients satisfaction. Leads problem solving and decision making to drive project delivery though strong collaboration and influencing skills, escalates as needed Understanding and development of the documentation used to define functional specifications and business requirements and objectives that affect product configuration development and installation. Ensure thorough quality assurance on customer deliverables Requirements 5+ years experience as a project manager on technology and business development projects Bachelor’s in marketing communication and studies around computer science Deep experience in Media Solutions including email campaign communications and best practices A proven track record in marketing and/or consulting Excellent organizational and time management skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, oral and written skills Experience leveraging communications across traditional, digital and social channels Working knowledge of Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio) Proficiency in understanding and requirements definitions for email campaigns, landing page definition and associated process steps and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical resources and customers Understanding of design principals in software such as InDesign, Quark Express, Adobe Creative Understand of design principles in email structure such as Flash, HTML, CSS, PHP to communicate to both digital communication technical staff and customers Understanding of capabilities of static, versioned and 1-1 variable print technologies – PageFlex, XMPie etc., and various forms of print output involving Postscript and PDF workflows
