- Unified Communications, VoIP/Softphones
- Video Conferencing, Digital Signage
- Collaboration and Communication Platforms
- Badge Access System Administration and Support
- Video Surveillance, IP Camera Administration, Service and Support
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience working with Windows Clients/Servers and Network Administration
- Windows Administration and Maintenance skills and proficiency with Active Directory/Group Policy, Exchange and SCCM
- Strong Support in Windows client operating systems and Microsoft Office and M365 applications
- Must be articulate and able to effectively communicate with both internal and external (non-technical) clientele
EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, computer engineering, and / or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience as an IT Technician working with Windows Enterprise and IT Systems
