System Administrator (Onsite)

Job Title: System Administrator

Work Location:Fort Collins, CO (onsite)

Duration:12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

· Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of rack mounted computer hardware

· Experience with basic networking hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

· Experience with OS software: Windows Server, Linux, and virtual machine installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. (VMware a plus)

· Desire to train and learn proprietary HPE NonStop System concepts and technologies.

· Ability to work effectively as a member of a small Lab Operations team.

· Demonstrated strong interpersonal and telephone skills

· Ability to work effectively with remote U.S. and offshore personnel

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a high pressure environment

· Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction

· Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment

· Ability to define, implement, and monitor process changes

· Problem-solving approach to resolve problems, improve processes, and increase productivity.

· Generation of status reports.

· Working with project schedules and timelines.

· Ability to lift 50lbs.

· Ability to climb ladders and pull/install cable.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
