We are looking for talented and experienced Omakase Chefs with at least four years of high-level omakase chef experience.
You should possess exceptional Sushi Chef skills and knowledge of fish, shellfish and sushi ingredients.
Must be able to lead an omakase experience for up to 8 guests. Have a charismatic presence and excellent counter poise, with the ability to engage guests and enhance their dining experience through personality and expertise.
Ability to speak/understand Japanese a plus, although not required.
