YONO Sushi will a omakase concept and a grab & go concept in the new Moynihan Train Hall - Food Court.
This post is for OMAKASE CHEF/HELPER. Will be reporting and working directly with our Omakase Chef.
Omakase helper may help with food preparation, handling, and service. Some responsibilities include:
- Setting up omakase prep stations: Making sure stations are ready and stocked before and during service
- Maintaining portion control: Ensuring food is portioned correctly
- Cleaning equipment: Maintaining and keeping a clean workstation
- Storing food at proper temperatures: Making sure food is stored at the correct temperature
- Following rotation procedures: Following the proper rotation procedures
- Reporting equipment issues: Notifying the head sushi chef of any equipment needs to be repaired or maintained
- Preparing ingredients: Helping prepare ingredients
- Overseeing food preparation: Managing food preparation

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
