Full Time Omakase Chef
This is a position for a sushi catering business serving at home omakase and large banquet events.
The kitchen is located in Midtown.
Qualifications
- 4 years minimum of New York restaurant experience/Sushi Chef experience
- Have a strong skill for butchering multiple different fish and shellfish, preparing sushi rice, strong essential
ingredients related to sushi service.
- Maintaining product quality & Developing new sushi items in trend.
- Must have knowledge of Japanese cooking technique (knife skills) and traditional ingredients
