Surgical Scheduling Coordinator

SoCal Breathe Free of Burbank is looking to hire energetic, patient oriented staff members to help give the best patient care possible. We are a Breathing, Sinus & Allergy (Ear, Nose & Throat) clinic that focuses on definitive in-office treatments for patients with chronic symptoms.

Coordinate and manage procedure scheduling for office balloon procedures and other minimally invasive office based procedures. Spend one on one time with patients in the exam rooms explaining the process of the procedure while booking a date and time for the procedure in the EMR system. Work closely with the providers to understand surgical treatment plans for the patients. Act as a patient liaison for procedural patients to provide a great experience from diagnosis to discharge.

We currently have two office locations, Burbank and San Diego. Burbank will be the sole location for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
