Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Billing, insurance verification, claims and appeals
- Occasional help in the back office to keep things running smoothly
- Maintaining and keeping an updated recall system
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance coding, claims management
- Familiar with Eaglesoft software (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
