• Location: Burbank, CA – heart of medical excellence.
• Salary: $22/hr – Reflecting your commitment and skills.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM – Balance work and life.

Surgery Scheduler Role and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule a variety of surgeries, focusing on Bariatric and General procedures.
• Confirm surgery dates and communicate pre-op instructions to patients.
• Arrange essential Pre-Op and Post-Op care appointments.
• Manage patient inquiries and ensure all insurance verifications are completed.
• Organize and maintain sensitive medical communications with discretion.

Surgery Scheduler Qualifications:

• A candidate with at least 2 years of experience in surgery scheduling.
• A professional accustomed to a high-volume medical setting.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in preoperative patient management.
• Recent experience in medical office roles, especially in handling referrals and authorizations.
