Description:
Immediately seeking a remote Support Technician to assist a Supply chain Org with Technical troubleshooting, provisioning, administrative responsibilities, and exposure to administrative tasks for Microsoft Office 365 Products including SharePoint, TEAMS, and PowerBI.
Performs a wide range of administrative and technical support activities for Supply Chain. Assignments may involve work of a confidential nature and require knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, business unit, and company policies and programs. Under minimal supervision provides a wide range of administrative support duties to assist in achieving departmental goals. Contacts are frequent within and outside own organization on significant matters requiring tact, persuasion, and negotiation skills and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of high importance to the organization and sensitive in nature. Executes projects requiring independent research and coordination. This position requires a basic understanding of business operations, processes, and business unit(s) systems utilized within the organization.
• Responsible for managing access to business unit systems, including associated documentation.
• Provide overall coordination, support, and maintenance necessary to ensure the proper and effective functioning of Company Supply Chain policies and procedures.
• Develops and updates the Supply Chain internal company SharePoint site as well as a library of SCM content.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate/GED plus four (4) years experience in administrative positions using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and PowerBI)
• Ability to prepare reports, trends and/or recommendations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees.
• The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Candidate must be a US person due to export-controlled data
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Responsible for provisioning access to various Supply Chain Support systems.
2. Provides operational support for Supply Chain users including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system access issues.
3. Responsible for managing Supply Chain SharePoint sites, user access, and permissions.
4. Responsible for quickly and efficiently addressing email inquiries for multiple Supply Chain email boxes.
5. Coordinates with stakeholders for timely updates of Supply Chain procedures.
6. Provides backup support to the Company Card Administrator for Enterprise Purchase programs, Credit Card, and Per Diem programs.
