POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Support Engineer for a Remote based position.
- Acts as a secondary response for technical support.
- Provides complex products, including escalated issues, mainly to end users, along with developers and corporate customers.
- Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media.
- Works independently with limited supervision. May provide technical training, coaching and mentoring to other engineers.
- May act as substantial technical resource in certain product areas.
- Must have 2-3 years of work experience.
- Must have Solid understanding of standard computer science concepts.
- Must Knowledge of personal computers, relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages, architecture, and networking.
- Must have Solid understanding of technical support issues.
- Should have Sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level.
- Should have Strong communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills; excellent customer service and support skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Programming and debugging skills
- Should have Associate degree in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Active Directory required; SQL Server and IIS are a plus.

- A competitive pay range of $30/hr-$34/hr (depending on experience).
- 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
