Linux OSSFamiliarity with one, or more, shell environments BASH, sh, tcsh, ksh, etcExperience with Linux script based development environments and tools PERL, Python, Ruby, PhP, Jenkins, etc.Experience administering Linux boot process, file systems, network device and protocol configurationFamiliarity with core OS services such as SSH telnet FTP NFS DNS DHCP Samba, LDAPOperating System VirtualizationFamiliarity with Security, OS Internals concepts2. Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration NetworkingUnderstanding of container specific networking such as CNIFamiliarity with DHCP, VIPs, NAT, DNS3. Familiarity with networking troubleshooting (ping, tracert, tracemon, tcpdump, etc.)4. Understanding of load balancing and familiarity with relevant components such NGINX, Application Gateways, and NVA s Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, an ability to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems, determine root cause and develop solutions (1.) To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements (2.) To troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients. (3.) To undertake training programs for new joinees (4.) To update self on latest technologies and related areas (5.) To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket, troubleshooting, etc.
